Human Capital Admin
  • Check and record attendance of each employee.
  • Responsible for managing BPJS of Employment and BPJS of Health for each employee.
  • Handling Human Capital administrative works.
  • Assisting the calculation of payroll and overtime for each employee.

  • Maksimum 25 years old
  • At least 1 (One) year of working experience in related field
  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • Understand about arrangement of BPJS (Health and Employeement)
  • Understand about payroll system
  • Mastering the use of Microsoft Office
  • Have a growth mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work cooperatively in teams
