JOB SUMMARY : 

  • Make budget planning & Reporting
  • Coaching and guidance for the staff under your supervision, report any up- normality’s might notice to the management
  • Present insurance product and other programs idea to clients
  • Create or design the benefits scheme based on the claim analysis result
  • Review and give suggestion for daily operations of marketing, claim and administration team

 

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS : 

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Language: English Business Level
  • Experience: 2 years as Manager in Health & Life Insurance company
  • Certification in Health Insurance (such as AAAIJ, AAIJ) or APARI Certification AAPAI/APAI/CIIB)
  • Good communication skill both internally and externally (example. coaching and guidance for the staff under your supervision, report any up- normality’s might notice to the management)
  • Able to present insurance product and other programs idea to clients
  • Monitor the medical report schedule and liaises the material content with client needs
  • Able to create or design the benefits scheme based on the claim analysis result
  • Able to review and give suggestion for daily operations of marketing, claim and administration team
  • Provide regular report production and other issues related to renewal or new business progress to the management
