Analyze safety operation assurance data to find improvement opportunities & prepare data/report to related stakeholders to facilitate focus improvement effort.

Job requirements :
Minimum experience 4 years or more of relevant experiences especially in oil and gas.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with GPA: 2.75 in Engineering, Health Environment Safety (HES), K3.
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a diverse staff (field personnel, PMCoWs, contract supervisors and peer employees). Ability to effectively influence outside of his or her functional area.
Accepts accountability and drives OE (or business) performance results.
Demonstrated experience in onshore/offshore field operations, maintenance, construction, and/or HES is required.
Demonstrated technical depth and field experience with Contractor Safety, Permit to Work, Managing Safe Work, Motor Vehicle Safety, Process Safety, Incident Investigation, CHESM, and Compliance Assurance is highly desired.
Have Knowledge and experience of management safe work elements.
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill.
Excellence in establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization.
Excellence to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct, and to build & maintain trust, respect and support others.

PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia (PT CPI) holds a 100 percent-owned and operated interest in the Rokan PSC, which expires in 2021. Net daily production averaged 122,000 barrels of crude oil and 21 million cubic feet of natural gas in 2017. Duri is the largest producing field in the Rokan PSC. We continue to implement projects designed to sustain production, increase recovery and improve reliability from existing reservoirs. In 2016, we continued infill drilling and workover programs. Duri has been under steam flood since 1985 and is one of the world’s largest steam flood developments. In 2017, net daily production averaged 54,000 barrels of crude oil. Infill drilling and workover programs continued in 2017. Net daily production in 2018 from all producing areas in Indonesia averaged 104,000 barrels of liquids.
