Handle sales operations & distribution in the area especially for GT & MTI channel.
Responsible for target achievement, distribution, availability and visibility company product through local distributor partner.
Develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans within his/her area of responsibility.
Pursue key prospects, negotiate, and construct appropriate terms of Sales Plan.
Monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified area to achieve established sales targets.
Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Having experiences minimum 5 years in Managerial position for Sales preferably in FMCG Industries (Personal care products).
Having experiences in distribution channels especially for Kalimantan Barat & Kalimantan Tengah.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pontianak (home base).
