  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 22 Years Old and Maximum 30 years old
  • Fluent in English is a Must
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service & Documentation in Shipping / Freight Forwarding/Logistic
  • Skills : Excellent MS Office, Good communication and Interpersonal, Good Knowledge of Shipping/Forwarding/ logistics business
  • Dicipline, Accuratelly pro active, multitask and good team work
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Shipping/Logistics/Forwarding
  • Well Understanding to arrange export/import shipment by applicable Sea Freight and custom's regulation

Job Description & Responsibilities :

  • Manage Customer Booking
  • Perform all daily customer service activity and operations including documents, shipping coordination, report management
  • Handle all customers feedbacks, requests and complaints effectively and escalate/report to superior accordingly
  • Maintain proper documentation of paperwork associated with orders and accounts
  • To take up additional tasks as required to meet department needs.
  • Collaboration  with Sales & overseas  agent
  • Manage Incoming Export/Import Shipment
  • Compiling document and Pricing.
