  • Develop, implement, assure and advise on financial policy
  • Advising management on financial matters
  • Preparation and checking of monthly reports, annual reports and other financial reports
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Operational tasks regarding payment transactions and cash management
  • Maintain administrative processes and policies
  • Recording and reporting of inventory taking
  • Maintaining taxes PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25, PPh 29 & PPN
  • Coordination and administration of documents from vendors
  • Coordination and administration of sales from customers
  • Maintaining relevant ext. contacts (auditor, tax consultant, sector organizations etc.)
  • Other supporting activities
  • Communication internally, extern and with head office in the Netherland


  • Maximal 35 years old
  • Minimum S1 degree from reputable university
  • Having tax knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with FINA is an advantage.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
  • Able to work independent and meet assigned schedule.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and fluent communication in English.
  • Self-motivation, with drive and enthusiasm.
  • Min 4 years of experience in similar or related position.
  • Live in Surabaya/Sidoarjo is preferred.
