IT HELPDESK
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Menerima dan merespon setiap permintaan (Request) dari Collection Agent (CA) dan Biller melalui Telp, Whatsapp, dan Email
  • Menyampaikan informasi secara komunikastif dan sesuai dengan SOP
  • Membuat, memantau dan memperbaharui informasi tiket permintaan pada Aplikasi Service / Help Desk PT.Inovasi Daya Solusi
  • Mendelegasikan setiap tiket permintaan kepada personel Support
  • Membuat laporan penerimaan dan penyelesaian masalah
  Spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan, antara lain :
  • Pendidikan Min D3
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem Shifting
  • Berpengalaman atau belum berpengalaman sebagai Help Desk
