Admission Supervisor Job Function :

  • To assist the AMP Manager in planning, leading, developing, coordinating and implementing strategies and activities to potential students effectively so as to increase enrollment of new students into the college.

Job Descriptions :

  • Establish and continually update with the Manager regarding a strategic sales plan in order to increase enrolment of new students into the college.
  • Assists the  Manager in creating admission activities and engaged with potential students, school and others party in order to get more leads and students
  • These activities include: telemarketing, email, and mass distribution campaign, potential students’ counseling & interview; or any other activities deems effective in recruiting new students for the college.
  • To assist the Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  • To assist the Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
  • To assist the Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • To assist the Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of student’s service with existing and new students.
  • Assist Manager by completing all assigned duties.
  • To assist the  Manager for supervising the sales staffs in completing all assigned tasks /duties.
  • To develop, co-ordinate and make presentations of the college and its programs to potential students, schools and another prospective target market.
  • To monitor and centralize the database of prospective students.
  • To monitor register student’s documents and payment include the validity of document requirement register students, before the submission to the Academic Department.
  • Work closely with the Program Coordinators for supervising equivalency process of new register students and sales activity in order to create new opportunity to get more leads and students
  • Work closely and coordination with Marketing sub-department in order to create new opportunity to get more leads and students
  • Administrate and report all sales activities progress and result to the  Manager in statistical formats on a daily basis.
  • Provide full services to potential students/leads and high schools. To keep them informed of all activities and services of LaSalle in order to obtain constant favorable coverage and build a strong image as the leader in International education.
  • Builds a good relationship with high school, existing students and new potential ones.
  • Administer new students’ registration according to proper procedures of application form and required document submission, issuing of Letter of Acceptance, and systematic filing of documents.
  • Initiating contact with prospects, developing  database of prospects, maintaining close relationship, follow-up of the prospects, and finally pursue them to registered with LaSalle.
  • To support the events or any  activities which conducted by the Marketing & Promotion.

Requirements :

  • Min Diploma Degree from any major
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Education industry as Admission / Sales Supervisor position
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill, in-dept knowledge in high-school system in Indonesia.
  • English literate & pleasant looking, have a good leadership skill.
  • Target oriented and work well under pressure.
  • Able to make enroll / intake report.
  • Familiar with CRM system is an advantage.
