• Min 25 years old, max 35 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial, Others or equivalent.
• Fluent in English orally and in writing.
• High initiative,communicative and hard worker.
• Mastering Microsoft Office especially Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Able to corresponding and establishing relationships with various, internal and external parties of the company.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Arrange the agenda of meetings and meetings of BOD (Board of Directors) / BOC (Board of Commissioner).
• Assisting the BOD/BOC in preparing anf implementing the action plan, work programs and reporting result.
• Send outgoing mail and receive incoming mail.
• Responsible for all the needs of the BOD/BOC in carrying out daily duties, as well as representatives in various activities of the BOD/BOC.
• Perform as public realitions for BOD/BOC.
• Execute and maintains all required offical corporate fillings, document,reports and records
