  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Response and assist guests and visitors to referring inquiries
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail

  • Monitors visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Provides and purchases office supplies.

  • Bachelor degree all major
  • Experience as receptionist min. 2 years
  • Proficiency in English written & oral
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office
  • Good Personality & Comunnication Skill
  • Honest & Discipline

General Qualification :

  •  Computer Literate (Min. Ms. Office)
