Job Description:

  • Develop yearly Training Need Analysis with the support of information from line managers, in order to effectively address the development needs of the organization.
  • Implements end to end recruitment process while also developing effective recruitment strategy, in order to close all the vacancy within the agreed timeline.
  • Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of employee’s learning and development program, such as Training, seminar, etc
  • Implement and monitor the utilization of annual corporate training & recruitment budget in order to meet with the initial budget planning.
  • Coordinate the corporate orientation program for new employees, to ensure smooth adjustment process of new employees within the organization and its environment.
  • Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of annual performance management and associated support initiatives, to ensure that performance goals of all employee are being implemented according to agreed timeline
  • Assist all the respective line managers in preparing Job Description, and monitor its submission, ensuring all employee’s job description are available and in place according to the established timeline.
  • Monitor the implementations of employee movement for permanent and direct contract status so that it is accordance with the agreement as well as with the agreed organization improvement plan, ensuring no labor-law-violations in its implementation.
  • Implement any other related duties as assigned by Head of HR.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology
  • Good English skills both oral & written
  • Having experience minimum 7 years in related position.
  • Good communication skill
  • Having experience developing Training Need Analysis
