  • To develop and execute sales strategy in Indonesia to penetrate to the industrial hardware dealer and end-user, thus ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets.
  • To develop and monitor sales operational activities – pricing, strategies, market intelligent, competitors’ analysis, sales & product training.
  • To develop alternative revenue streams to maximize sales by initialing new ideas for products development and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers and prospects by providing support, information and guidance while researching, recommend new opportunities.
  • Proactively review and improve sales and customer services processes.
  • To develop forecasts, financial objectives and implement effective marketing plans.
  • To develop a wider portfolio by approaching and penetrating into new market / customer.
  • To work closely with credit control team to vet any potential customer to ensure their financial stability.


  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in sales of INDUSTRIAL HARDWARE industry.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Able to communicate in English will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with adaptability to different situations and clients.
  • Results and target driven, customer-focused, strong team player and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Team player with self-motivation and perseverance in achieving results.
