Job scope includes but not limited to
Replying to customers inquiries over various communication channels
Managing of our daily sales orders
Training will be provided. Good written English is compulsory.
Previous experience in a call centre or backend customer service centre required
As our company is Singapore based. Communication and all task will all be in English.
Remote working position, requires laptop and stable internet connection.
Work from Batam, paid occasional travel to Singapore may be required.
Must be familiar with MS Excel or Openoffice spreadsheet.
