Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field.
Fresh Graduates are welcome or having 1 year experience in Research & Development, Product Development, or related roles in FMCG or Food Manufacturing are preferred
Understand about baking filling, making formulation & trial of product (Custard, Jam, Spread, Sauce, etc)
Knowledge of Food Regulations, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and Halal certification
Good communication skills in English (Japanese language is a plus)
Willing to work in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi
Job Description :
Responsible for handling product development by following formulation and guidance to meet the customer satisfaction
Ensure that the developed products meet applicable the government regulation, food safety regulation and standards
Make sure products achieve high quality product consistently
