Qualification :

  • Maximum age 38 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Psychology/Management or Equivalent from reputable University
  • Minimum GPA 3.25
  • At least 5 (five) years of working experience as HR Manager Assistant or HR Manager in the related field, especially in Retail Garment
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office like Word, Excel, etc.
  • Good knowledge in all aspects of HR (UU Ketenagakerjaan, HR Admin, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee and Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management, Organizational and Development, People Development, and General Affair)
  • Good communicate, negotiation and interact with team
  • Hardworking, discipline, rigorous, nimble and honest
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Having good analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Adaptable and fast learner.
