OFFICE MANAGER/SECRETARY

Job requirements :

  •  Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
  •  Age 28-35 years old.
  •  At least 4 years of work experience in a reputable firm.
  •  Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  •  Able to work independently and in teams.
  •  Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
  •  Computer skills.

Job description/Responsibilities :

  •  Manage and review the Company’s office expenditures.
  •  Develop and improve Company’s general standard of procedures.
  •  Create databases for managers and key persons.
  •  Coordinate and liaise with various departments for day-to-day office works.
  •  Assist to manage and oversee the Company’s assets.
  •  Review and execute contracts, agreements.
  •  Arrange meetings, scheduling for HOD.
