HR STAFF - ADMINISTRATION

Job Description

  • Handling payroll administration and personnel administration including correspondence
  • Monitoring employee attendance daily and make a weekly report
  • Maintaining and update employee database
  • Able to register and un-register employee in Health Insurance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan
  • Having previous experience in handling reimbursement and advance payment

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in management, finance, accounting or law with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum having 2 years of experience in HR Administration
  • Enjoy working with numbers and do repetitive tasks
  • Pro in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Power Point)
  • Advance skills in operating data with vlookup, hlookup, macro, also pivot table
  • Able to work well in team, as well as individually
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Having good knowledge about employment regulation and HR system
  • Having good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Positive attitude
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Able to work under pressure
