What you will do:Monitor assigned projects to ensure timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key actions are properly tracked.
Coordinate with project PICs and stakeholders to obtain updates, follow up on outstanding actions, and maintain project information.
Identify project delays, risks, issues, and inconsistencies, and escalate key concerns to the PMO Manager.
Prepare accurate project reports, dashboards, meeting materials, minutes of meetings, and management updates.
Conduct basic data analysis and research to provide insights that support project monitoring and management decision-making.
Support the standardization and continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, documentation, and governance processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in project coordination, reporting, documentation, research, or organizational activities is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
