Our Senior R&D Engineer will ensure that the firmware, software, database systems, and electronic hardware design of our products aligns with customer requirements and standards. They design and develop codes & framework, troubleshoot issues, and implement modifications to enhance device performance.

As part of our R&D division, you will drive product development from concept to deployment, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure our technology roadmap continues to evolve with cutting‑edge engineering practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions to ensure our products able to meet customer requirement and standards.

• Design and develop codes & data flow applications installations, database system, and established register-level hardware access DLL library.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions, enhance product features and performance.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and implementing modifications and updates.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Develop key technologies to enhance long term proprietary strategic position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Proficiency in C, C++, for microcontrollers (ARM, ESP32, STM32, etc.).

• Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages.

• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, and backend integration.

• Good English
