  • Apply proven track record as Customer experience excellency
  • Manage the end-to-end Customer Experience process thru Social media, Customer Analytics, Market insight and strategy, Strategy Implementation
  • Gather all stakeholder/across functional Roles within the organization and work align (brainstorming) and bring back with solutions, improvements to ensure that customers get their great experience
  • Process improvement oriented
  • Give the mindset, GTM launch of the company's products ,Increase existing Customer Journey, bring input and changes the way we approach Customer Experience thru Products, VAS, Network, Digital Platform, Gerai, Mobile Money, and to bring Customers' positive voice and impacted the way we run this business.

Profile

  • Degree or Higher University incl MBA
  • Min. 5-10 years relevant business experience in Customer Experience Management
  • Good understanding of Customer Experience for both Traditional and Digital concepts
    Customer Journey mapping and knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Able to act independently and work with minimum supervision Solid communication skills and able to spearhead teams and workgroups
  • Excellent knowledge of Customer Experience systems and jargons esp.in a telco or digital world
  • Comfortable with numbers and constant analysis of trends and making recommendations etc.to management on
  • Customer Experience frontier
  • Able to develop relationship cross functionally Excellent knowledge of Telco processes and including digitalization
  • Ability to manage UAT and FUT programs from a customer view perspective Competent in Microsoft office suite, PowerPoint, excel…etc
  • Excellent experience in programs to drive Customer Experience improvement
