Description

In this exciting role, you will be managing assigned projects to meet project goals, managing cost, time and quality aspects of the project. You will be rotated into various departments. Other responsibilities include:

• Identifying key stakeholders and team members for projects needed and assign individual responsibilities.

• Conducting business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary costs / benefits to align technology solutions with business initiatives.

• Contributing to various business development work in Indonesia, collaborating with the regional team, and localising when needed.

• Creating, managing, tracking and executing project plans against budget within a timely manner.

• Tracking project progress and document project actions, risks, issues and decisions.

• Providing cost effective business system and application analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications from the technical perspective.

• Formulating and defining scope and objectives based on the business' needs, end-users by understanding a thorough understanding of business systems scope and objectives.

• Establishing and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to support delivery of the projects.

• Conducting market research for comeptitors' landscape.

• Effectively communicating relevant project information to other teams and to the management.

• Circulating updated project plans, meeting minutes, project status reports.

Profile

This role is only opened for Indonesians who have worked in banking or fin-tech industry and an excellent communication in English and Bahasa is a must. To seize the opportunity to work for this highly dynamic client, you should be/have:

• University graduate major with relevant business qualifications.

• Passionate about the gaming industry.

• Working experience of about 3-8 years, ideally in the banking or fin-tech industry, and preference for those who have been in management associate / graduate trainee program.

• Great problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.

• Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented.

• Excellent time management skill with strong analytics capabilities.

• Team player with good attention to details.

• Excellent strong people management and work organization skills.
