Job Description : 

  •  Monitoring the handling of trouble tickets (minor & major) on time
  •  Ensure and maintain the site to avoid a comcase
  •  Complete the site visit report in accordance with the number of sites specified
  •  Handling lightning cases, environmental fees and honor carers site


  •  D3/S1 from Telco Civil, Electrical Engineering
  •  Min. 3 years experience in telco industry
  •  Have BTS Maintenance work experience & can handle Fiber Optic
  •  Have a good communication skill and coordination skill
  •  Good initiative and administration skill
  •  Strong analytical thinking
  •  Able to work as a team and under pressure
