Job Description and Responsibilities:

Coordinate operation & maintenance activities specifically on PGT TD asset facilities (substation, switchyard, power line, distribution transformer, etc.), insuring safety & quality of work that comply with technical standards & applicable HES regulations, managing resources and overall coordination with other functions (such as Maintenance planning & scheduling, PGT Maintenance, Field/Plant Ops, HCT Ops, FE & Contractors, etc.).

Job requirements:

  • Minimum experience 4 years or more of relevant experiences especially in oil and gas.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with GPA: 2.75 with Electrical background.
  • Having experience working in electrical hazardous will be an advantage.
  • Able to create a collaborative environment and build trust of peers and management. Have ability to self-motivate to achieve business results.
  • Able to use pumping equipment for oil delivery and artificial lift equipment.
  • Excellence in establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization.
  • Excellence to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct, and to build & maintain trust, respect and support others.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication) and fluency in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms. Excel & PowerPoint) as well as computer literacy.
  • Have willingness to be relocated to all Company operations locations in Indonesia.

PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia (PT CPI) holds a 100 percent-owned and operated interest in the Rokan PSC, which expires in 2021. Net daily production averaged 122,000 barrels of crude oil and 21 million cubic feet of natural gas in 2017. Duri is the largest producing field in the Rokan PSC. We continue to implement projects designed to sustain production, increase recovery and improve reliability from existing reservoirs. In 2016, we continued infill drilling and workover programs. Duri has been under steam flood since 1985 and is one of the world’s largest steam flood developments. In 2017, net daily production averaged 54,000 barrels of crude oil. Infill drilling and workover programs continued in 2017. Net daily production in 2018 from all producing areas in Indonesia averaged 104,000 barrels of liquids.
