Job Description and Responsibilities:

Responsible for safety, efficiency of construction work, resource, material planning and execution for oil and gas facility & infrastructure projects. Provide construction engineering services, resolution to design/construction/installation deviations, constructability  review, construction planning (including development of Construction Execution Plans, resourcing and scheduling), execution and monitoring, overall coordination with other stakeholders (such as Project Team, Operation & Maintenance Team, Business Partners, etc.).

Job requirements:

  • Minimum experience 4 years or more of relevant experiences especially in oil and gas, or 5 years working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, especially in construction planning, managing construction works (civil, mechanical, piping and I/E) and related supervisory activities, included commissioning, testing and start up will be an advantage.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with GPA: 2.75 in the area of Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Chemical engineering.
  • Have strong safety leadership, fluent in construction related Managing Safe Work (MSW) elements and processes.
  • Have experience in generating SOPs, Work Permits, JSAs,JHAs SIMOPs. Have knowledge of Operational Excellence (OE), MSW, and related HES standards. And familiar with standard/code/RP for ANSI, ASME & API.
  • Have experience of construction management and involve planning and executing construction for piping, mechanical, infrastructure projects, coordination with contractors.
  • Able to interpret drawings and specifications for construction personnel.
  • Have experience meeting critical project schedules and costs, managing multiple construction contractors
  • Familiar in contract process & handling
  • Able to work with support groups and peers with multiple reporting relationships.
  • Able to interface and work with various stakeholder
  • Excellence in establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization.
  • Excellence to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct, and to build & maintain trust, respect and support others.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication) and fluency in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms. Excel & PowerPoint) as well as computer literacy.
  • Have willingness to be relocated to all Company operations locations in Indonesia.

We continue to implement projects designed to sustain production, increase recovery and improve reliability from existing reservoirs. In 2016, we continued infill drilling and workover programs. Duri has been under steam flood since 1985 and is one of the world’s largest steam flood developments. In 2017, net daily production averaged 54,000 barrels of crude oil. Infill drilling and workover programs continued in 2017. Net daily production in 2018 from all producing areas in Indonesia averaged 104,000 barrels of liquids.
