Job Description and Responsibilities:

Coordinate Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) resources for construction management activities for all Projects. Ensure assigned EPCM resources are providing the services with EPCM Contract requirements. Involve in Construction Execution Plan (CEP) preparation process; coordinate the field construction activities and resources; ensuring construction completion safely, on schedule and meeting Company’s quality requirements; reporting and overall coordination with stakeholder’s teams (such as Project Team, Operation & Maintenance Team, Business Partners, etc.)

Job requirements:

  • Minimum experience 4 years or more of relevant experiences especially in oil and gas, or Min. 5 years working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, especially responsible for field construction execution, safety and supervision will be an advantage.
  • Minimum Diploma Degree with GPA: 2.75 in the area of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical engineering.  
  • Have safety leadership in construction related Managing Safe Work (MSW) elements and processes and effectively communicate.
  • Have experience in generating SOPs, Work Permits, JSAs,JHAs, SIMOPs, related to construction activities.
  • Have experience field construction/maintenance activities for surface facilities and infrastructure.
  • Have experience of field construction activities and specifications (API, ASME, ANSI), drawings and its constructability practices.
  • Have knowledge construction for piping, mechanical, civil/earthworks and I/E.
  • Familiar with non-destructive examination (NDE) techniques.
  • Have skill in planning and coordination in execution of field construction activities.
  • Able to work with support groups and peers with multiple reporting relationships.
  • Able to interface and work with various cultures and stakeholder involved with the project.
  • Excellence in establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization.
  • Excellence to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct, and to build & maintain trust, respect and support others.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication) and fluency in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms. Excel & PowerPoint) as well as computer literacy.
  • Have willingness to be relocated to all Company operations locations in Indonesia.

We continue to implement projects designed to sustain production, increase recovery and improve reliability from existing reservoirs. In 2016, we continued infill drilling and workover programs. Duri has been under steam flood since 1985 and is one of the world’s largest steam flood developments. In 2017, net daily production averaged 54,000 barrels of crude oil. Infill drilling and workover programs continued in 2017. Net daily production in 2018 from all producing areas in Indonesia averaged 104,000 barrels of liquids.
