About the role
Warehouse Staff responsible for inventory management, cycle counting, and warehouse operations support. The role involves daily stock verification, ERP system operation, and inventory reporting for spare parts, particularly for Dump Truck units.
Key responsibilities
Conduct daily cycle counts routinely, carefully, and accurately
Ensure alignment between physical stock and system data
Operate ERP systems
Understand and manage spare parts, particularly for Dump Truck units
Prepare weekly inventory reports on a regular basis
Report inventory findings or discrepancies to direct supervisor
Support smooth warehouse operations and effective inventory control implementation
Qualification:
Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
Work experience: 1–3 years, preferably in warehouse/inventory field
Understanding of inventory and spare parts
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Understanding or experience with ERP systems is an advantage
Careful, disciplined, responsible, firm, and honest
Able to work independently and in a team
Willing to be placed in Jambi or Pekanbaru
