ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain relationships with strategically customers.
  • Meet assigned targets for opportunity projects  in assigned accounts
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs  while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnels
  • Responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company

Requirements,Skills  & Abilities:

  • Degree in Diploma/or Bachelor degree in Computer Information technology studies (preferable) or other major such as Business or Management    
  • Minimum 1 (one) years/more in strategic sales/presales/customer service role will be a benefit.  Fresh Graduates are Welcome
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain/do presentation to prospects
  • Excellent communication and posses good customer interaction skills
  • Good analytic skill in accomodating customer needs as well capable to influence and negotiate
  • Posses high degree of work integrity (a MUST)
  • Pro-active, Hardworking and able to work in multi tasking pressures
  • Have ability and passion for Sales Jobs
  • Self Motivated and ambitious in achieving goals   
  • Sales target oriented and willing to work mobile in any locations
